Villa Rental of the Week – Brac, Croatia
Friday, May 18, 2007With lots of recent buzz surrounding Croatia as a vacation destination, we’re setting our sights this week on a villa on the island of Brac, a small island commanding excellent views of the Dalmatian islands. (The kids will be sure to ask if that’s where 101 Dalmatians come from!)

Villa Rosemarine is a beachfront villa whose hillside setting creates its incredible views. The 3-level villa accommodates a party of 14, with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The master suite with ensuite bath comes with a queen bed; 4 of the remaining bedrooms have 2 twin beds and the other 2 bedrooms have double beds. All of the bedrooms are furnished with Egyptian cotton linens and are air-conditioned and also have heating, and unlike many villas, the entire villa enjoys central air.

Although the interior of the villa is luxurious, some of its most enjoyable features are the amenities and nearby activities. Indoors, you’ll find a full home theater system including plasma screen TV, satellite service, a DVD library and an Xbox. Board games and books are also available. Outside, the usual Jacuzzi is onsite, but if you’re up for being more active, snorkeling, fishing and water-skiing equipment are included in your rental. The house manager can even arrange for further exploration by securing the resident speedboat or arranging a scuba trip.
With advance notice, the villa can be prestocked with food and baby equipment at no additional fee (besides that of the food itself). Airport transfers can also be arranged; the airport is only 10 kilometers away. Town and the ferry are a mere 2 kilometers, making it easy to get into town for shopping and dining or to make off-island trips.
The villa is staffed with a maid performing daily service as well as a gardener. Upon request, a cook can also be provided who will prepare local specialties for all or part of your stay.

Nightly rates are $1485 from now until June 30. From July 1 to August 31 rates are $1857 per night. From September 1 to 30 rates are $1485 per night, and from October 1 through April 30, 2008, rates go down to $1188 per night. Hello I am the owner of Villa Rosemarine
I am writing to let you know that we have rebuilt the divine Villa Rosemarine
on the Adriatic this past winter and wanted to
share the new photos with you. They are just my personal snaps but hope
they will give you an idea of how wonderful the villa is, the professional
photos will be done soon. We have purchased all new beds, sofas, (for the 3
sitting rooms) 6 new bathrooms, kitchens, limed oak and stone flooring,
Juliette Balconies, Antique stone fireplace etc. We do have availability on
7th August and after 28th August, 2010. I would be happy to offer you a
discount for these dates if you were interested. The villa sleeps 14 + baby
