Villa Andalucia is located on the coast of Spain, approximately 18 km from the Gibraltar airport. The villa, which comes with its own pool, is only 750 meters from the beach and offers excellent coastline views of Gibraltar and Africa. A 10 minute drive from the villa brings you to a village with restaurants and supermarket, and you’ll definitely want a car for day trips to Sevilla, Marbella and Ronda, or one of the 6 golf courses within a 10 minute radius. Within walking distance you’ll find the sea, tennis courts, the marina, and horse riding facilities. A beach club offers restaurants, bars, and attractions for children.

The villa itself is furnished comfortably and tastefully. The ground floor includes not 1 but 2 living rooms, the first with 2 large facing sofas for ease of conversation, and a library area. The second and slightly smaller living room, akin to an American family room, includes a sofa, TV and large table with six chairs. Both living rooms have fireplaces. There is a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher as well as washing machine.

On this level you’ll also find 5 bedrooms with 2 double beds each, and 2 single bedrooms. All contain ensuite bathrooms, telephone, TV and internet access for your computer.

Upstairs on the second level resides the master suite which is certainly spacious at roughly 2000 square feet. It holds 2 king beds, and an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and tub. From here you can step out onto a large terrace that overlooks the sea.

On the villa’s property you’ll find 2 gardens with cork, pine and fruit trees among the plantings. A wide selection of seating areas, from tables and chairs to chaise lounges, offer plenty of space to relax. Other amenities the villa provides:

• central air conditioning and heating
• satellite TV (English channels)
  
• fax machine
• stereo
• safe boxes in 4 rooms
• a fully equipped laundry room.
  
• bug screens on all bedroom windows
• a swimming pool (6m x 12m in length, 1.2 m to 2.5 m in depth in depth) open year-round and heated during the colder months
• housekeeping six days per week (9:30 am – 1:30 pm), and cook service for breakfast and lunch six days per week (9 am – 4 pm). A light welcome meal will be prepared on the day of arrival.

Cook services for dinner and daily laundry service are also available upon request, with the cost of food being extra.
