What that is may well depend on the age of your child: for a baby, something as simple as a pack of pacifiers may be indispensable, while those with older kids can actually focus on themselves again and make sure they have the latest copy of The Week or a really good book. What’s the one thing you make sure you don’t travel without and why? Sanitizer? Videos? Earplugs? Your crackberry?
