Wednesday, August 8, 2007Where are you? In a hammock at a villa? On the beach by your favorite resort? Lounging on a lanai? If you’re not any of those places, check out our archives – we’ve got plenty of villas, babymoons, and family deals to choose from (or at least dream about). Below, we’re guiding you to some of the great lists of the “Top Ten” variety (because choice is always a good thing), plus one really cool and different item to keep baby amused:
- You know we’re always up for a beach trip – it’s so easy with kids. Babble picks the best beach toys for your youngsters.
- Okay, we’re a little beach crazy. You knew this. So to continue the madness, here’s the list of America’s best beaches from none other than Dr. Beach.
- From Conde Nast Traveler (on their Concierge.com site), 50 Affordable Hotels in Europe’s Most Expensive Cities. Given the horrid exchange rate, this list is a must, and not only do you get the hotels, but the pros and cons of each one. Paris, here we come…
- Speaking of Europe, Tripso’s list of 10 Great European Drives is a great way to see some beautiful landscape and experience a less touristy Europe.
- Ever heard of a baby bottle hugger? You put the bottle inside and it not only keeps milk warm a tad longer, but it (hopefully) provides baby with some amusement. This cute innovation is $12.99 from Baby Bungalow, and it’s not a bad idea for that new toy you’re supposed to take on vacation. [via Gizmos for Babies]
