Wednesday’s Web Roundup
Wednesday, September 19, 2007Okay, it’s Wednesday, and you know what that means: trolling around the web to find cool sites, products and what-have-you, to help you as you travel (or plan to) with the little ones:
- Lists are always fun – especially ones like a list of the world’s coolest stores, design-wise [via Concierge.com]
- Haven’t quite made it to all of the World Heritage sites? The World Heritage Tours site offers virtual panographic views; you’ll feel as though you’re standing there yourself.
- If you’re brave – or bored – you can let Tripbase pick your next vacation destination. Just plug in some info and based on your likes and requirements, Tripbase will recommend places for you to visit. We especially like the “Hide Popular Cities” button, which weeds out the obvious and can bring up some spots you hadn’t thought of. The site is still in its infancy, but it’s fun.
- The New York Times lists the best tech tools for travelers.
- And then finally, because this is, after all, about traveling with children, a new diaper bag from Maya Moon (see below) that has the one main requirement we have for diaper bags: that they not look like diaper bags. Because they’re only in diapers but so long, you know? [via Mommies with Style]
$496 at Maya Moon
