We’ll be upfront – we think this package is a bit of clever marketing that doesn’t totally deliver in the babymoon category. While the name suggests that it’s a babymoon, and parents to be are mentioned in the marketing materials, when you look at the offerings, it’s really just another romantic getaway that someone was smart enough to promote to parents-to-be. Which we’re fine with – there’s no reason a babymoon has to have a special “pregnancy” component (although cocktails for a pregnant woman may not be the best freebie in the world). Since the concept is about connecting for one final time with your significant other before baby comes, a cute onesie for baby does not have to be part of the package.
